“Safepiens gave us a clear view of every branch, from attendance and punctuality to the hours worked.”
“We have several branches, and tracking attendance and hours at each one took a lot of time. Now every team clocks in at its own branch, and I see attendance, punctuality and hours for all of them in one place.”
“From the greenhouse to the paperwork, Safepiens keeps everything in order for us, every day.”
“We farm in polyhouses in Italy. The team clocks in and out on their phones at the farm, lunch break included, and every worker’s documents, from passports to contracts, are kept in the app, ready for any inspection.”

Task
Real numbers about your people, so you can act early and run a better company.
How many are in, absent or on leave today, the attendance trend, overdue tasks and the requests waiting for you, on one dashboard.
Each day is checked against the person’s schedule, so the hours worked and the extra hours of any period reach payroll in one Excel file.
Frequent late starts, early leaves, forgotten clock-outs and people falling short on hours are listed for you, before they become habits.
Reviews scored on each criterion and signed by both sides, each person’s score trend and the hours behind every task and project.
Anonymous surveys score each department on mental, physical, financial and career wellbeing, so you act before good people leave.
Ask the assistant who was late, who is off next week or whose contract ends soon, instead of building a report.
Ask about your team the way you would ask a colleague. The AI assistant looks up attendance, hours, tasks, reviews and leave for you, and follows along when you ask a follow-up.
Answers from a sample company.
In every plan: 15 questions a week per manager on Core, 30 on Growth.
Owners see the whole company, managers their own people, employees their own day.
Who came in on time, who was late and who is on leave, in every location.

Each team has its own work. Here is what each one does in Safepiens.
The whole company on one dashboard, and the AI assistant tells you who is in, who is off next week and whose contract ends soon.
Each person’s file in one place: contract, documents, leave balance and history, from the first day to the last.
Hours and extra hours of any period, checked against each schedule, in one Excel file for payroll. Every salary change and bonus stays on record.
Follow each candidate from applied to hired, then a first-month checklist tells HR, the manager and IT what to do.
Set schedules, approve leave, hand out tasks and see the hours spent on each project and client.
Reviews scored on each criterion and signed by both sides, and feedback that stays on the person’s record.
Announcements with files for everyone, a branch, a department or one person, and anonymous surveys on how people feel.
Laptops and phones assigned to each person, roles that decide who sees what, and a log of who changed what.
Short answers about who it suits, the price, the free trial, moving your staff in, phones, the AI assistant and your data.
It runs the day-to-day of your team in one app. Employees clock in and out, ask for leave and see their own documents. Managers approve requests, follow attendance and hours, and hand out tasks. You see the whole company on one dashboard.
Core covers attendance, schedules, leave, documents, contracts, tasks and the AI assistant. Growth adds performance reviews, feedback, projects and clients, hiring, onboarding and offboarding, company equipment, wellbeing surveys and the audit log.
It is made for companies from a small team up to about 200 people, in one office or across several branches. Working hours can be fixed or flexible, set for a whole department or for one person.
The location check at clock-in is also set per person, so people who work from home or out in the field clock in like everyone else.
No. Safepiens works in the web browser, so there is no program to install on your computers and no server to keep in your office. We keep it running and up to date, and improvements show up in your account on their own.
Each person can switch the language between English, Italian and Albanian.
You pay per employee each month, in euro: €3 on Core and €4.50 on Growth. The bigger the team, the lower the price for everyone: on Core it is €2.70 from 21 employees, €2.40 from 51 and €2 from 101; on Growth €4, €3.50 and €3.
Everyone with an account counts, managers included; people whose last day has passed do not. The smallest bill is for 10 employees. Pay for the year and you get two months free. Prices do not include VAT.
The trial lasts 30 days on the plan you chose, and no card is needed to start it. Three days before it ends, we send you a reminder by email.
To carry on, choose monthly or yearly billing on the Billing page. Nothing is lost if you wait: the workspace pauses, the person who handles billing can still open it, and once you subscribe everyone carries on where they left off.
Yes. Send us your staff list in Excel and we load it for you, with departments, positions, schedules and supervisors. Then we show your managers how it works on a video call.
If you would rather do it yourself, download our Excel template, fill it in and upload it. Safepiens checks every row before anything is saved.
Yes, in the phone’s browser, with nothing to download from an app store. They can add it to the home screen and open it like an app, then clock in and out, ask for leave and see their own documents.
For each employee you can ask for their location at clock-in and set how far from their workplace they may be. Outside that distance, Safepiens can stop the clock-in, tell their supervisor, or both.
Only what the manager asking could already see in Safepiens. It reads attendance, leave, people, tasks and, on Growth, reviews, projects and hiring. It can only read: it never changes, approves or sends anything.
Salaries, the contents of documents, home addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth and GPS locations are never given to it. The answers are written by an OpenAI model, and OpenAI does not use your data to train its models. Each manager can ask 15 questions a week on Core and 30 on Growth.
On servers in the European Union, under the GDPR, encrypted while it travels and while it is stored. Each person sees only what their role allows.
Your employees’ data stays yours: you can export your staff records to Excel at any time, and we sign a data processing agreement on request. When a manager uses the AI assistant, the question and the data needed to answer it go to OpenAI.
Then we make you an Enterprise plan: a lower price per person for your size, help with moving in, and one person at Safepiens who looks after your company. Write to us or book a demo and we will work it out together.
