Questions about the price

Who is on the bill, changing plans, yearly billing and the free trial.

Everyone with an account in your workspace: full-time, part-time or contractor. People whose last day has passed do not count.

The smallest bill is for 10 employees, so a team of 6 pays for 10.

Yes, at any time from the Billing page. Moving up to Growth starts at once, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down to Core starts with your next billing period, so you keep what you paid for.

You pay for 12 months at once, at the price of 10. The number of employees you choose is included for the whole year.

If you hire more people than that, the extra people are billed each month at the normal rate. Removing people during the year does not lower the bill until the next renewal.

On monthly billing, changes are worked out to the day and settled on your next monthly invoice: you are never charged in the middle of a month.

On yearly billing, new people within your included number change nothing. People above it are billed on the 1st of the next month.

Yes. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and stays open until the end of the period you paid for. A yearly plan can be cancelled so that it does not renew; for the rest of that year, write to us and we will find a fair solution.

Yes, with no extra fee. Each manager can ask 15 questions a week on Core and 30 on Growth, Monday to Sunday.

Only questions that look up your company’s data count. Greetings, questions it cannot help with and questions that fail are free. Each manager gets answers only about the people they can already see in Safepiens.

Yes: 30 days on the plan you choose, and no card is needed to start. You add billing details only when you decide to subscribe.
